Just an average guy, review. Many pre shave oils are very expensive and are only 1 oz to 2 oz. I bought the non scented version of this product and basically smells like vigin olive oil. I applied it then applied shaving gel over it , using a straight razor and a regular gellete 3 blade razor, it was a smooth shave very clean. I usually get razor burn or redness under the right side of my neck,but I'm happy to say not this time. Like I said very very clean shave , if you thinking about preshave oil, buy it , it's worth it for the amount and cost.

Have used the You Know Who Brand for years. Way to expensive now for my taste. Came upon this as a recommendation by Amazon. WIN! WIN! First or all, it coats nice and even. Will say the non-scented does smell a bit like olive oil - so not completely unscented, but given you wash your face after - non issue. As for complaints on the spout/opening - WHAT?? It has a pop top cap!!! No need for pump!!! PLUS non is left in the bottom when you get to the bottom. If you're up for it, try the scents. Me, I'm good with the unscented and will repurchase.

Ok gent's my first day using this was truly amazing. I didn't think it be great just because of some of the reviews. BUT listen, I shave with a safety razor and I have sensitive skin especially under my neck. This stuff works really good talking about the blade gliding across your skin. I will definitely buy again.

This is the second bottle I have ordered. Shave oil is a great prep for shaving and helps avoid nicks as you you shave. It is no east to find and usually very expensive. I found this brand last year, and ordered again. It is a larger bottle for about the same price as others' much smaller bottles, with an easy to use pump included. I definitely recommend for anyone that uses this type of prep, and if you don't give it a try.

I bought this to avoid paying the new price of $100 for the Art of Shaving pre shave that I have used for years until now. It works very well but is much more oily than the other. Just use less than a full pump and the results are great...and you'll save over $70.

I had given up on shave oil: messy, didn't seem to make the shave more comfortable, and cost too much. I decided to look again and came across this one - much more product for a similar price, but worked much better. I find the pump top very easy to use and great for getting the right amount out the first time.

I have dried skin with all my meds I take and I am 60, yet I have no crow feet, and even after I shave I have no knicks, or blemishes. An I have been using this on my bald head, for shaving ,Face ( of Course) best of all. Lot of friends and especially the ladies love my smell ! It's not heavy nor it is not strong! It even help when you have dry patches. yes it's little steep, but a dab there and here spreads out very well, an is aborbed in the skin in few!
