Works gret but the sticker placements on the handle are impossible to remove and left gunk all over it. Minor annoyance but just include a business card rather than a sticker directly over the LCD and controls.

Heats up fast. LED display easy to read. Switch is responsive. Swivel cord eliminates resistance to movement of the tool. Comfortable to the skin during hot use. Ergonomic - feels good in the hand. Straightens beard hair very well. No friz, straight, soft, long beard.

I have only used it 3 times and does a good job of taking most of the wave out of my beard. Beard is not quite 2" in length and think it will get better as it gets longer. Still in the testing phase on what will work best for me and the reason for only 4 stars at this time.

As soon as I opened the box, it was easy to turn on and use. Within minutes I had a great looking and straight beard. Made it look like it was longer and more full than before.
