I just got it, so my opinion is based on 1st time use. I like how well packaged everything is and so far love everything about it. One downside is the balm has an odd smell. Not unpleasant, just odd. Could definitely make it smell better, maybe scented options? The wooden comb is awesome!

I've gotten a few different beard kits already and this is the first one I bought which had the derma roller, which I bought specifically because I was curious on the effectiveness of it. I initially read that some people didn't really notice results, which I didn't at first either. But after using the product more, I have noticed small hairs growing in the spots where I did not have a beard growing in before. Hopefully it keeps up, because I'm very happy with it so far. The only thing I wish had a slight change would be for the beard balm to have some sort of scent, as the other beard kit I had from another company had a slight lemony scent in theirs. Overall, very happy.
