It’s easy to use and very straight forward, however the pen doesn’t look natural it basically looks like you’re drawing on your beard. I expected it to be natural looking but that’s not the case. Also for the pen with the thick round circle you have to shake it so the ink can continue to come down if you don’t it will look dry so that was a bit off as it should always have the color, overall I would say buy a different brand this one isn’t what I expected.

I purchased this for my thinning hairline. I like it for the most part but I find the pen very difficult to manage because my hands shake too much. I try my hardest to create thin hair like lines but it's nearly impossible. At least the pen doesn't have to be sharpened repeatedly like the pencils do. The shadow applicator thingy is a lot easier to work with so I favor that method more. Why can't somebody just finally find a permanent cure for hair loss? It's so depressing.

Bought this to help fill in a few thinner areas of my beard. I did not find the product user friendly at all. First, there's so much to use. Two sided pencil with differing tips, an applicator, and a soft bristled brush. There is almost no way of instructions given, save for barely a sentence on the side of the box. I ended up going up on Youtube for help, and found a bit. But it just wasn't easy to use. You have to create an outline with one end of the pencil, fill in with another, blend with this, brush with that. It's ridiculous, and you really have to work at it to make it look natural. It did help a little, but it wasn't worth the amount of effort. So, enough. My beard is what it is, I don't care anymore.

I recently purchased the TRAALL Barber Styling Pen with Brush and I'm really glad I did! It's a great beard pencil filler with a natural finish, and it's waterproof, sweat-proof, and long-lasting. It effectively enhances my facial hair and gives me the look I want without any hassle. The brush is great for filling in any sparse areas, too. Highly recommend this product!

Bought this because I have some lighter hair in my mustache that when I trim it sometimes makes it look like I have a patch. This pen did the trick to fill that in, as well as make my entire mustache look a bit denser and full. Really like the outcome. Also, I liked that I do have some grey in my mustache...it didn't completely dye those out but reduced the visual, which is a bit more realistic.

I have only used a couple different brands of beard pens but this one is my favorite so far. Long lasting and easy to use and blend.
