* Updating my rating since customer service gave me feedback on my review below. My review is directed to the Shampoo and Conditioner. For the rest of the items in the set I will limit to say that they do their job. Back to the Shampoo and Conditioner. I love the fact that they use natural and organic ingredients. Their scent is very pleasing and mild enough so is not up your nostrils all day long. I would love to give them 5 stars but I can't find anywhere where to find regular size product to purchase or not even the sample size shampoo and conditioner to be sold separately. they better have plans to sell separately as they have a great product and hope the vendor replies this review with info about their plans on this mater.

This kit comes with some pretty good products to try out. Iโll start off by saying the shampoo and conditioner are great to use every day they make your beard feel and look great, now would I say it makes it grow faster or thicker or helps you grow a beard i donโt think so but it doesnโt help it contain it. I used the hair straightener to see if it would help my beard sit flush but would not help with that. The single blade is the only thing that feels cheap not very good material. The brushes are great to use all the time and the oils feel alright. The scissors are great for cutting loose hairs that just wonโt go down

Well so far l am enjoying this product. The hair straighting brush works good & the products 4 washing b-4 straighting r working good. The oil & gel products 4 after washing & straighting seem 2 b working fine. Beard is not itchy no more & no flakes. Still? Just started using these products. May buy (next) oil & gel with a smelling agent infuse in the product next.

Only issue with this product I found was the pump on the conditioner does not actually pump the conditioner out. I have to take the pump out and dump some in my hands

Update: Seller has resolved the issue. I ordered this kit mainly for the beard straightener. Unfortunately the beard straightener doesn't work. After leaving it on for an hour, it's still cold. No heat. The instructions say to press the button for 3 seconds, bit there's no button to press, it's a slider switch... I tried all settings, no heat. I've tried 4 times to contact customer service with no response. 3 times through the "contact us" form on their website, and once through email (bounced back with "no such user exists"). Leaving a 1 star review is my last attempt to get their attention. I'll update this review if I hear back, but as long as this review is 1 star then it's safe to assume that they never bothered to try to resolve the issue.
