After one use I am very impressed. The quality appears to be solid. I used it on my beard as well as my full head of hair with great results. My hair is already straight but this removed any remaining kinks after a shower and made my hair softer and smoother. I also tried the balm and the oil right away and I like them both; I'm sure I'll order more. And a lifetime warranty? Very nice if they follow through on that. I don't often bother with reviews and I've become increasingly disappointed with the rapid decline in customer service (Amazon included) but when I find a quality product at a good price I want to give credit where it is due.

How often are we looking for something we really need or want, then read the reviews and hope for the best? I’m writing this from a sincere place. This thing is unbelievably good!! I literally cannot believe how good this thing works! I actually can’t fathom how this works. Got it today (in one day) and decided to try it out right away. Didn’t even use the balm but merely wetted my beard. Instantly my beard was straight and perfect. Gone are the days of a 15- minute blow dry with a comb and God knows what, to get that straight look. I was seriously considering shaving my beard off because it was so much work before - to the horror of a few ladies. Not anymore! You will not regret this purchase! Again, one of those few products that will exceed your expectations - no matter how wild your beard grows!

The straightener combs are nice and rounded not sharp and pointy. It doesn’t get as hot as other ones that I’ve owned but it gets hot enough. But, I also have a full and long beard.

Bought this for my beard but I also use it to straighten my hair. I routinely get my hair relaxed, and sometimes I use this to flatten it afterwards (between relaxers).

Definitely a goodbye never heard of a beard straightener before first time using love all the products that came with definitely a good thing to get for yourself or as a gift for anyone who has a beard and they grow at Long in the winter season or year-round

Works wonders on my curly kinky beard. Who knew it was so long! The balm and oil are nice too, no strong fake smell, just soothing (physically for my face and beard, as well as olfactory for my nose) minimal orange scent.

Easy to use, heats up quick, stays warm. The oil and wax that comes with isn't the greatest, but I bought this for the comb part, not the extras. Would definitely recommend

Thing is pretty simple, heats up in a few minutes. Doesnt get all of my beard perfectly straight, but for the most part it does. Not sure if a different model would do it any better, but i am not upset about this purchase. Works pretty well overall
