I purchased this product in 2020. It just stopped working a few months ago. I contacted Bevel about having the trimmer repaired and was not happy with their initial response. I understood that it was out of warranty but was willing to pay for the repairs because this trimmer is too expensive to just toss in the trash. The followup response from customer service directed me to ship the product to them. I'm very happy to report that several weeks later, I received a new trimmer along with a gift box of their grooming products. Thank you Bevel for standing behind your product and providing a positive customer experience.

Great trimmer. Easy to hold and the battery life is great. It cuts well, easy to switch blades and clean, but not as sharp as my corded Andis t-liner.

I've used many trimmers in my life, since realizing at a young age that I can't use a razor. I started out with the foil shavers with the flip trimmers, and then when I started growing more and more facial hair, had to find something a bit more efficient. I've been using $40-$60 trimmers for the past few decades, and noticed these not too long ago. Always seemed like a luxury purchase, so when I could afford it I gave it a try. The presentation is amazing! Simply! I almost kept it, and probably would have if it was $50, but I had to be honest with myself...it gave me a terrible shave. My biggest issue with it is the teeth are very narrow and very sharp. The "sharp" part isn't a bad thing, as I can't use dull trimmers with my coarse beard. The issue is the "needle like" teeth. If these were a bit more rounded, it would have been a comfortable shave. After snagging my skin several times I kept telling myself I'm doing it wrong, and would wait to see the next day aftermath. I even purchased the aftershave balm (which I'm keeping, that's amazing!). But when I woke up, I noticed I had a bad red spots. I think the last time I had such redness from a trimmer was in the 90's. I was even using my Andis T Outliner at times to shave, and zero snagging. These are very fine, and sharp! And I didn't zero gap them. I have a feeling if this company makes a model with a softer head, I'll for sure give them another shot. If you don't have sensitive skin, or care about the issues I had, I think it's a great trimmer! I don't think you'll be disappointed. If Tesla made a trimmer, it would look like this!

Simple is better. This not to say the design is not sophisticated. Design is vital when it works as described.

Doesn’t hit quiet as close as other trimmers but great for what they are however stopped charging and won’t come back on even with the battery being replaced
