I had very dry, flakey skin under my beard. After washing 4 or 5 times the flaking stopped. I was skeptical that it would work but it certainly did.

I have used several different Beard shampoos. Cremo, Beard Guys etc. Bought Viking Revolution just to try it and hopefully find the perfect beard shampoo for me. This one does not really stand out from the others except that it does seem to make my beard fuller. It is supposed to smell like sandalwood. I have no idea what sandalwood is supposed to smell like, but it is not an overpowering scent or unpleasant. The bottle contains a lot more shampoo than any of the others so it will last quite a while and is a bargain.. Nothing bad to say about Viking but Iam still looking for that perfect beard shampoo so I will continue to read reviews and try others.

It took some experimentation to figure out how to unlock the dispenser, but it seems to work fine once I unlocked its secrets. I really like sandalwood, but the sandalwood scent is not strong enough in this shampoo. I have found this in other products as well. Of the 4-5 sandalwood oils, shampoos, and such I have sampled, only one was satisfying. Price isn't an indicator of scent quality, in my experience. This is a good product, otherwise.

makes my face itchy. Dries my skin. Had to buy another brand/product to replace after only a week of use. Cannot recommend.
