I've learned since I started having a serious beard that the dropper is not necessary. But it did a lot to get me there! My girlfriend loves this beard oil on me, as it helps keep my fur face shiny and soft, and neatly managed throughout the day. If I forget, I'll make it halfway through the day and start feeling the frizz puffs sprout all over, which look like frizz or stray or wild man beard. No big deal, but it's nice to have a secret weapon and knowledge throughout the day that my beard is on point, dapper, whatever you want to think of it. I experiment with many beard oils, as friends find an easy gift to be beard oil from all over. Shaking drops onto your hand does get annoying, but not to the point where I would get a dropper vs non-dropper bottle. My neophyte beard skills assumed beard oil was to be carefully dropped onto the beard evenly before being rubbed around. Such is not the case! Drops in your hand work equally well, but yes the dropper is helpful. Do yourself a favor and get this beard oil, or other similar scent. Cedar pine smells will always be the best, it doesn't matter your personal preference :).

I ordered this about two weeks ago and have been loving it! Prior to this I had experimented both with hair conditioner and with only shampooing my beard periodically (to allow the natural oils to do their thing), both worked okay but my beard was still a little frizzy, brittle, and experienced "beard-druff." Everywhere I looked, it is recommended I use beard oil, so I thought I'd give it a try. I found this product because of it's positive reviews and reasonable price. Low and behold, this stuff is amazing! After the second day of using it my beard was soft, beard-druff free, and much more manageable. I highly recommend this product to anyone with any length of beard. I use about 8 drops every morning and that seems to do the trick. I imagine you'll have to adjust for your length of beard but it only takes a few mornings to figure it out. The only thing I wish was better is how long the scent stays. The scent is very strong to begin with (not a surprise) and then fades out within 15-20 minutes but so much so that I can't tell, nor can my girlfriend tell, it was scented to begin with. That is my only qualm. Otherwise a fantastic product!

This is the only acceptable form of man-scaping. It makes the itchy phase of growing a beard more liveable and significantly reduces beardruff. Seriously I was leaving a dusting of dead skin all over my shirts; real p*ssy repellant. This stuff has eradicated the problem. I purchased the cedar scent. It is quite nice. I smells a bit strong when you first apply it, but it quickly mellows to a pleasant level. It smells so wonderfully Woody that I am looking for additional uses for the product. For instance; since it is cedar, I figure that a couple of drops I'm the closet will keep moths off of my woolen sweaters. I also think that a small amount may greatly elevate a cheap wine or whiskey. Just imagine adding a small amount to an unremarkable box of Franzia, transforming it to the equivalent of a fine, barrel aged vintage. The possibilities! *disclaimer-Do not drink the product. I've used just about every beard oil known to man. Regardless of the brand, the beard feels...well, oily afterwards. This is normal - after 30 minutes, you won't need to wash your hands every time you strike a thinking pose, and by the end of the day your beard will feel nice and soft. You may also notice a strong cologne scent, but this is because your beard literally sits right under your nose. Unlike cologne, no one will notice the scent unless you you've been purposefully wafting your beard scent a few inches away from your friends. And maybe don't apply the oil right before making out with your partner. With that said, the reason I gave this brand 5 stars is because of the scent. It makes me want to chop wood while drinking whiskey and staring down a grizzly bear. I'd also recommend the Juniper Sage scent.

Awesome Beard Oil!!The best part - actually a few more than one - 1. Subtle Cedar-wood fragrance... feel confident about my beard 2. Gives a nice sheen to your facial hair 3. Keeps the facial hair in place... no more scruffy , unkempt looks 4. It actually keeps the skin under the hair really smooth as well 5. This is the 2nd product I have purchased from the company (1st being the sandal wood scented oil) and I am extremely satisfied with it, they do actually work as advertised and soften you beard hair and keep your skin from drying out. I’ve noticed if you use it right after you get out of the shower it works best, and would recommend that for the first few time you only need about 3-4 drops, from there it’s just going to depend on the amount of beard that you have. As for the scent it is pleasant and not over powering at all, it will smell slightly less powerful then it dose in the bottle once you apply it. Over all I can’t complain and will be purchasing more from them in future.

Might think twice before getting this scent, it was too strong and smelled a bit off from cedar wood almost Polyurethane like. I suppose it doesn't help that it's so close to your nose. I tried to dilute it with jojoba, cut it in half and it was still too much. The scent will fade and most people around you probably won't smell it, though my comb still reeks of it. Could only use it a few times, hoping I'd get used to it, so I can't give an update on how this product does under a longer regiment.
