Possibly one of the most polarizing products I'll ever review. I am using these vitamins with Delta Genesis' Beard Flux XL oil. I recently had to shave my beard off for a job that involved being around fires. I had grown it off and on for two years. Never shaving it all the way off during those two years but trimming it quite a bit. There was a bit of a shock when I shaved it all off and had to shave it everyday for over a month straight. I tried the Live Bearded vitamins for one month back in fall of 2017 and also tried a bottle of the aforementioned beard oil. I felt the combination did an excellent job of filling in the one weak area of my beard. Both cheeks, just below the sideburns and just above the goatee, were slacking. After using these two products for a month my cheek hair had filled out more than it had in the previous 16 months. I know that we're all a part of this skeptical society but there is Science to this and Psychology (my old job) too. For years, I was an athlete, college football and baseball, so I regularly took supplements (90s). Once I stopped playing sports, like most ex-athletes, I gained a lot of weight. Something about it being a lot easier to stop working out than it is to stop eating 4,000 calories a day! Anyway, those that say beard growth is all genetics are somewhat right. But then again, people have said muscles are all in the genetics too. We know that's not completely true. I'm not a good one to talk here since I do have good athletic genetics but we have all seen the people who are "hardgainers" that end up as muscular as the big, obvious genetic guys. No vitamin out there knows why you're using it. It's like the guy who drinks 200 grams of protein shakes with the goal of making his biceps bigger. The protein doesn't know where to go. Though, working out the biceps will help. I see these vitamins as vitamins. Not as beard vitamins. I'm in my early 40s and am very aware of my physical condition. I can tell my body is changing. These vitamins include Vitamin C and Zinc which are great for helping my immune system while working outdoors, especially. They also help with blood flow (more important in many things than we realize), the vitamin has Manganese which helps with vision (I have reviews about my frustration with glasses, tired eyes), sexual health, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and general heart health. There's also a large dose of Biotin which is good for the nails, skin and hair. If there was nothing else in these I would take them. I do know and am well-aware of the cheaper vitamin options but with the 3 month supply, not for sure if there's still a discount, but mine were right at fifty dollars, that's seventeen dollars a month. That's fairly cheap. The difference in these and most multivitamins is that these are geared towards males and known trouble areas for vitamin deficiencies in males. There's a reason we start going bald and start having other physical problems as we age. I think these have the best profile for filling those deficiencies. And with the price, are one of the best values at filling those deficiencies. The Psychological part I mentioned goes into the loss of our male hormones. Think mid-life crisis. Men today are less active than I've ever seen them. And count me in the group of bad eaters. When I take a vitamin, it makes me want to do more to be healthy. So, instead of ordering a fried catfish platter, I'll order the grilled salmon or instead of eating 10 fried chicken tenders, I'll have several grilled chicken breasts. This then also helps the vitamins and your hormones because you're taking in cleaner foods and nutrients in your meals. I'll also pick up some weights not just to dust them off but to start working out again and that's going to all combine to increase the natural testosterone. Which is the hormone that boosts your beard the most. What I don't want anyone to think is that you will start growing hair in your beard where you never had hair. I will tell you something I've been doing and that's using an eucalyptus exfoliating soap on my face. It removes dead skin tissue which might help find some facial hair you didn't know existed. I've put a lot into this because I really miss my beard. I've been shaving my head bald since I was 18 and am very much a minimalist (in most cases) but my beard meant a lot more to me than I realized. My wife nearly cried when I shaved it off. My daughter said I look 28 without it. Which should be a compliment but I like to think I've earned a dignified look and while it's not going to make Hollywood come looking for me, it's how most people knew me. In mid-June, 2018, I will come back and post before and after pictures. Oh and on the Beard Flux XL oil, most people are only getting a month out of it but you can easily get 2-3 months out of it, so it pairs well with the 3 month supply of vitamins. My goal, I know some have asked this, is to have myself turned around so much to the positive side that my beard will be full and healthy by mid-June and I will be able to maintain it with what I've learned with diet and exercise. If not and it works, I'll be back to continue trying. Last and this was a big one to me. I don't have any problems swallowing most pills but vitamins are big and these are pretty big. I have started cutting them in half and taking four halves, one by one. I'll see you in 3 months.

I really love Live Bearded products, I’m part of the brotherhood for sure. Bought this here because it was cheaper on Prime Day. Same item shipped in a LB shipper. My beard grows faster and thicker when I take these daily as directed. I’ve been taking them for about 6 months and my head hair is fuller too. Obviously these don’t grow hair from nothing, you have to be able to grow it, these just boost the existing growth in my experience.

The product definitely works. My my barber and myself had been noticing moderate to fast growths in the last 2 months. I would recommend buying again. However, I’ve been noticing that my mouth would dry out or become parched after consumption. I don’t like the feeling and the process of getting things back to normalcy. But again it does work!

I’ve been using this product on and off for over a year and it definitely works. The company has said it won’t help you grow hair where you don’t have active follicles, but do say it will enrich the hairs you do have (thicker, darker, and healthier) and it 100% does. If you can’t grow facial hair and want a full beard, this product (nor any on the market) will not help you. But if you have a beard and want to see a thicker, longer, healthier beard, this product does wonders.

Ive been using these for about a year, don’t know that it did anything for my beard beyond what good nutrition and care could have done. Easy tolerated on the stomach. However, I developed severe joint pain, headaches and sleeplessness which in some studies can be related to high doses of biotin. I quit taking for a month about a year ago and symptoms went away, I restarted and symptoms came back after about two months. I quit again two months ago and symptoms have completely gone away. May be well tolerated by some, just not by me. Excellent customer service though, and I use all those other products without issue!

My husband only took these for a short time because they seemed to be working so I hid them. I would recommend only if you wife likes beards. If, like me your husband buys them without you knowing then find them and hide them or tell him they are turning his beard white. I gave 4 stars because they seemed to work and didn't want to encourage any men like my husband with a 5 star review.
