The trimmer itself is great. You save a lot of space my not having many clip on guards. However there's one thing that doesn't make sense about the design which is the wall charger mounts the trimmer sideways to charge it. I feel like it'll break or fall out when it's sitting there.

I was sad when my Remington broke. I loved it bu didn’t know what I was missing. This one does a much nice job trimming my beard and was much cheaper. The dial for the trim length is great.

Very nice trimmer with a very wide selection of beard length options. My old (and much less expensive) trimmer had a second, smaller blade for fine trimming. This one does not, meaning I have to use a second device.

I agree with other reviews, start long and work your way down. I found my happy medium right around 1.5-2.5mm. other reviews complain about the upkeep on this model like oiling but I don't find that too troubling. Comes with a nifty little dock/charger that plugs directly into your outlet. Haven't tested the "wet" capabilities yet, but the dry capabilities got my face exactly where I wanted to be!

I just read the instructions. It needs to be charged for 30hrs. Trimmer battery works good when it is charged properly.

I used to have a Professional model by Wahl. I dropped it and couldn't repair it. So I ordered a Brightup trimmer. It had a whole bag of different devices I could use, but none of them worked well for me. So I took it out to the shop and tried to shape the trimmers so I could make it work. But before and after my alteration, it was miserable and actually made my hairs sore to touch. This trimmer is a dream. No different heads to swap out. Adjustable from 1 mm to 10 mm. Sharp, and easy to use. The head isn't too big or too small for me. Just right. I was done in 1 minute and felt great. I highly recommend it.

Great trimmer that is easy to use. Definitely my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried. Being able to pin point the exact length on the dial is a home run. Highly recommend this product.
